The firm was established in the year 2003 when CA R I Nilange
retired from the partnership firm M/s. B H Patel & Co. to form
his own firm M/s. R I Nilange & Co. Today the firm serves a
varied category of clienteles in sectors ranging from trading
to manufacturing entities, professional services concerns,
Healthcare, Information Technology companies and ITES
enabled Firms and Export focused entities. The firm serves in
all the verticals of professional services, such as areas like
formation and incorporation of the entity, registrations with
Government Departments, finance related services,
Assurance services, Tax Advisory services and Management
consultation services.
The firm is headed by CA Ramakant Irappa Nilange, the senior
most partner of the firm with his oceanic experience of almost
more than three and a half decades and expertise in taxation
arena. CA Amar Nilange has his expertise in Finance related
services, Audits (Internal & Statutory) and Taxation services.
CA Mrs. Namita Nilange has completed her Chartered
Accountancy as well as Company Secretarial curriculum in
the year 2012 and has also qualified the DISA of ICAI.
The firm team boasts of two full time employed Chartered
Accountants apart from the core team and around 17
professional staff taking the team count to 19 excluding
partners.
