- Started individual practice as a Sole Proprietor in the name of M/s. R I Nilange & Co. in 2003
- Around three decades of Taxation Consultancy in Direct and Indirect Tax Laws.
- Had been Branch Statutory Auditor for PSU Banks like Bank of Maharashtra and Union Bank of India for almost 13 years and Statutory Auditor of Aurangabad Jalna Gramin Bank for four years.
- Had been Statutory Auditor for NBFCs like Dhoot Finance Ltd.
- Had been Statutory Auditor for other PSUs like Challisgaon Textile Mills Ltd., Challisgaon, Auranagabd Textile Mills Ltd., Devgiri Textile Mills Ltd., Nanded Textile Mills Ltd., Marathwada Development Corporation Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
- Engaged in Auditing, Taxation and Management Consultancy Services for Manufacturing and Trading Clients, both, from the Corporate as well as Non-Corporate Streams.
Other Credentials :
- Had been the Treasurer of the Aurangabad Branch of ICAI for the year 1996-97
- Co-Author for the “MVAT Audit Manual†published by the Tax Practitioners' Association, Aurangabad, in 2005, a pioneer step taken by the Association.
- Had been the President and Vice President of the Tax Practitioners' Association, Aurangabad during 2009-10 and 2008-09.
- Engaged in Direct and Indirect Taxation Advisory, Compliance and Assurance services for about 14 years by now.
- Core interest in consultation in Corporate Matters, Project Finance and Implementation services.

- Had been the Vice Chairman for two years of the Students' Body of Chartered Accountant Students, Aurangabad Branch.
- Have delivered various lectures on topics of professional interests like “Amendments in TDS/TCS provisionsâ€, Fiscal Budget Overview, Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002, Corporate matters, GST etc. in the Continuous Education Programme of ICAI meant for Chartered Accountants.

Had been the President and Secretary of Lions Club of Aurangabad Gennext for 2011-12 and 2009-10 to 2010-11 respectively. Held the office of Cabinet Officer in District 323H2 of the Lions Clubs International Organization during 2010-11 to 2012-13.
